• All our down and feather fillings are sourced from cruelty-free suppliers as a by-product of the meat industry

• We never bleach our down or feathers, as this can affect their quality. Instead, we use only naturally white down and feathers, which have been carefully cleaned, but may feature occasional flecks of natural grey colouring

• Machine wash and tumble dry, but for best results, professional laundering is recommended

• Our pillows are thoroughly tested by European standards

• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept pillow returns unless packaging is intact
